We control and operate the website from the UK, and all claims relating to the use of this site and its contents are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you access this site from another country, you are responsible for compliance with the applicable local laws.


All items listed on the website (tempusapparel.com) are an invitation to treat and not a confirmed offer of sale. Although we have taken all reasonable efforts to ensure product details, prices, and availability are accurate, mistakes may occur. If we’re unable to fulfill an order, the customer will be contacted, and a refund will be issued. This includes the unlikely event of a human error misprice, and we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

All listed products are held in stock and are delivered directly from our warehouse at our registered address.


All items going to mainland UK addresses will be dispatched via UK Mail Couriers on a 48-hour service. All items going to Offshore UK addresses will be sent via UK Mail or Parcelforce and should be with you within 3 days. All items going to European addresses will be sent via Parcelforce and should be with you in 3-6 days. All items going to Rest of the World addresses will be sent via Parcelforce and should be with you in 3-10 days.

We charge a £5 flat fee for UK parcels. Our charge for Rest of the World parcels varies per country. Where possible, we will dispatch multiple items ordered at the same time together. If customers are unavailable to receive their parcels or arrange for redelivery or collection, the parcels will be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be contacted and will have the option of redelivery or a full refund.

Payment and Refunds

Payment is handled through Stripe Secure online payments or Paypal Payments secure payments. We do not store or share financial information with third parties. Payment will be taken when an order is placed by a customer and made through the PayPal or Stripe online payment portal. If a full or partial refund is necessary, it will be made to the payment method used to place the initial order. Refunds can take up to five working days to appear in customers’ accounts depending on the payment method used. Sales cannot be altered once made, and discounts cannot be applied after the transaction is completed.


All website content, including text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, photographs, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software are owned by Tempus Clothing or used with the owner’s express permission. All website content is protected by international copyright laws.

User Information and Security

We have taken appropriate action to ensure the security of customers’ personal information through encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layers (SSL certification). Customers’ data is only stored when orders are placed and is only used to contact them about their orders. If customers wish to be contacted about news and offers, they must subscribe separately. Customers can remove themselves from the mailing list by clicking unsubscribe. We do not pass on customers’ data or personal information to third parties without their consent.

Your Data Provided at Checkout

Customers will need to provide an email, phone number, and (optionally) a company name at checkout. The phone number will be passed on to the couriers in case of delivery issues. By default, customers are not agreeing to promotional emails when placing an order. To receive promotional emails, customers must enter their email address in the box on the website’s footer.
